Debit orders still going through

<p>May month I bought myself out of my contract. End May the final debit order went through on my Capitec Bank account. A couple of months ago I changed banks. Now Cell C put a full debit order through on my old Standard Bank account...and there is no funds there as Im in a dispute with the bank, anyway 1. How can Cell C put a debit order through on a bank account that was changed months ago? 2. Who is going to pay this penalty fee of R115 to Standard Bank? This is not my fault! Cell C must rectify this and pay the penalty fee. I will not pay for something that is not my fault! This is dishonest practice and will take this further if Cell C do not rectify this.</p>
