Debit orders not captured
End of last year my husband opened a cell c account and set up payments by debit order. these payments are being debited off his account but not captured on his statements. We have called and sent the proof numerous times and even received a thank you for you payment SMS, then 2 days later the payment disappears again and the phone is cut off.
How do we resolve this?

08 Feb 2019, 13:29I got an email asking me to send pop, so i have now sent it for the 8th time. Agent is not replying to my messages or giving me any feedback. Looks like cell c is happy to charge customers but cut off their services. Once again I ask, how can i resolve this issue. Everyone is passing the query but no one is resolving it.
