Debit orders even though I paid my Account!!

I have paid my Cellc Contract in January finished,I spoke to one of your consultants STATING I paid my account in full,I then ask her If possible if my wife can send them proof of payment she says no we can see you paid it up full. Then last Month they deducted R3.299.63 off my account which the bank reversed back into my account and on Tuesday 15th March you guys deducted two payments of R1649 off my account.No one has contacted me back after I spoke yesterday to one of your rude consultants as she said someone will contact me back no one has reported back to me and I would like it if you can stop debiting from my account!!
