debit orders

I cancelled my cell c contract 2 months ago. Number ***. I called the contract cancellation number and got a settlement for the contract. The call agent assured me that the amount im paying is for the full contract and that there wont be any more debit orders. I canceld the contract. Paid the cancellation amount. I have been with telkom mobile for 2 months now and there are still going debid orders of from my account! I would like my money returned to my account asap
