Debit order without contract

In March, I called cellc to upgrade my phone. The lady who assisted me told me the phone I was looking for was out of stock so she couldn't help me then. After several calls from my side calling to find out if the phone has arrived no one was able to help. Then one day out of the blue I get to the office and there is a phone with my name on. I did not sign any agreements with cell c. So I took the phone as a gift (obviously) But then my contract was automatically extended without my consent and to make matters worse as different amount was debited from my account.

I served a notice to cancel my contract and the agent who assisted me confirmed that this was done. So cellc gave me a phone and now they are actually *****ing from my account. I have been calling about the issue since March. The only thing they did was make forensic call me to confirm id I was using the phone. Of course I am using my gift. They gave me the phone.
