Debit order versus settlement
The tactics you are using to get away with customers..in as much as the company is deep in financial troubles does not mean it has to capitalize on their customers.Understanding consumer act I take this matter seriously and it can attest I will take drastic measures...dont recapatilize on us with your new programes.We bought from Cell C not lawyers why will you impose my wife to request a letter from them?Your business performance is not optimal.My wife have settled the other account with you but you are currently not debiting her...previously Cell C stated that the settlement was high now they are failing to debit my accounts wife its been 2 months already?who will pay the areas?or charges for late payment?This is insane and null...we are talking about someone s profile

06 May 2021, 12:37This is the second hello peter complain that's insane to instruct us to send an email while you promise d to call the client....you ruining our profile and I contest the interests at court with Cell C....her number and identity has been sent on both hello peter complaints...serve your customers righttfully Cell C....tou have the worst service ever...bad bad services...ever since we settled the other contrac,we received nothing but nightmares.Call her on ***

06 May 2021, 19:23Why should it be private when you are affecting our profile publicly?we have lodged a call with helopeter because you are failing us dismally...your service are null and void...the problem is your dont take your customers seriously and you selfishly care about the profits...We uave publicly provided the information required to access my wife's account...did you help?no instead you are concerned about private messages!!!!Really?this so unprofessional...like all the negative reviews about such a huge service provider...its bad a Cell C...my lawyer will handle this matter goung forward just like many of customers that struggled to be assisted from the so called service provider...nonsense
