DEBIT ORDER TAKEN - CONTRACTED ENDED ALREADY !!!!!!!

Please note Cell C keeps debiting an amount of R848.15 every month when I finished my contract in Feb 2020. I gave them notice in time. Since than I have reverse the debit order every month. This is such a hassle, I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THIS AMOUNT AT ALL. PLEASE WRITE IT OFF.

I cannot afford to pay R848.15 I just don’t have the money to spare, my husband lost his job due to Corona, so I had to take on a lot more. I can’t even pay my kids school fees. I just wish they could stop taking the debit order, I need that money to take care of my family & the household. I know it may not seem a lot but it really helps me. I understand they want money but really I was a faithful customer up to the end, I didn’t want to review my contract. Now it seems they want to go after the poorest of the poor. I REALLY CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THIS AMOUNT. WHY THEY ASSIST OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT NOT ME IS REALLY SO UNFAIR.
