Debit Order - Still not Resolved, Stop passing the Buck...

DEBIT ORDER NIGHTMARE, Still not resolved since 06 Feb 2020

Cell C decided to cancel the Debit Order, in January after they fail to collect the debit order 25 December, disconnect my service, I had to do an EFT in January to reconnect the service, same issue happened end of January I called to have this issue resolved only to be told its sorted debit order re-instated for 25 Feb, still not done, how USELESS AND STUPID can the accounts department be.....should i just carry on paying this account via EFT as it is an Upfront Contact......so over this stupid service provider
