Debit Order Still Going Off After Many Attempts to Stop

On 28 November I wrote a complaint about Cell C and their insurance partners continuing to *******ly debit my account for a service I cancelled 2 years ago! I received a response saying that I would be contacted on the day, and now, almost a month later I'm still waiting. I'm currently exploring my legal options, including through the National Consumer Commission and Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance. Wonder how many others are struggling with this same problem!
