DEBIT ORDER SINCE 2010- NO IDEA OF AMOUNTS OR STAT

Good Day<br> I have been debited by the responsible person since 2010, initially it was an amount of R279.00, After some shouting and a huge struggle, i managed to bring the debit order down to R159.00, However, I still dont know how much is still owing, as i cannot understand the ongoing debit order, seems well over and above what i owe Cell C, i WOULD LIKE A BREAKDOWN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT PLEASE AND A SETTLEMENT FIGURE, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CORRESPONDENCE, THIS CANNOT GO ON FOR EVER.
