Debit Order *******

<p> </p> <p>On 21 July a guy by the name of Sabeer from Cell C sold me a 2gb data contract for R129. 22 July they delivered the router and two sim data sim cards!!! one was correct and the other was for 500mb contract which i never app**** for. after a few calls and complaints to them the problem was sorted out. Now the 2gb line was supposed to be a fixed line, as i had openely asked Sabeer when the contarct was concluded. after two months i discovered that my bill suddenly jumped from R129 to R268. when i enquired about this i was told that my line is open and i can go over and beyond what was sold to me. I was totally flubbergasted as this was not part of the deal. I was being over charged for what I didnt sign a contract for.</p> <p>For 3 months I've been complaining to various different departments and my account debited with different amounts while they never attended to my query. </p> <p>I regret the day i ever agreed to take this contract. This has been a nightmare since day one. Im never gonna deal with cellc ever! ****** ******!!!</p>
