<p>**** service for months Cell C,</p> <p>Being over charged for what I signed a contract for.</p> <p>For 3 months I've been complaining to various different departments and in store branches nothing has been done about it!</p> <p>Terrible service.</p> <p>Major *******.<br />I expect to be compensated!</p> <p>If I was to work it out, value wise I am owed 500GB of free data.</p> <p>Or I might as well be put on an uncapped line for infinite data, calls and smses.<br />I agreed to no more than R400 per month<br />I have been debited R1992 last month and this month's balance due is saying R1222</p> <p>What the hell is being done here!</p> <p>Get your **** together this is theft!!!</p>

None of the "con-sultants" I have been dealing with have been able to help, or are even helpful in any matter, in fact some have been incredibly rude about this whole issue!
They have all been useless telling me something has been done about the problem when nothing has and I continue to be over charged!
What use is all this customer service if the customer isn't recieving the service that is required!
