I get my salary on the 3rd last day od every month, previously my pay day was the 25th. The new payday means my salary dates vary from the 25th to the 29th of every month. When I joined the new company I called in to Cell C to have my D/O date changed to the 29th. As it turns out, this was only done for my contract and not the other, the other was incorrectly captured as the 28th. The problem is when my payday is on the 29th, my one D/O get rejected as it is sent to early to the account. This is exactly what happened in Dec and when I called in to query an sms I received about being charged a D/O fee for the unpaid line I was assured it would not be charged, This R70 is reflecting on the January statement and I demand it be reversed because the money was there all along. I cannot be blamed for *********** staff who cannot capture dates correctly.
