debit order query not resolved
My account was debitade with the wrong amount. Went to cell c canal walk on the 1ste jan and threre a team leader assisstate me by looking at the invoice for the month of december and there we deteremind that the invoice was incorrect they then lodge a query for me(query nr ***) and on sunday the 3de jan they gave me call back and said that that the turn around time is 24 to 48 working hours starting monday moring.<br> As of yet stil havent heard anything back from cell c. And would just want my query resolved
