Debit order problems

Cell C finding another way to ***** me around.

I canceled my contract months ago. After phoning to cancel my contract I was told that the final debit order will go off on the 1st of June. After it didn't go off I waited a week for it to go off, it never did. Then I phoned Cell C to hear what was going on. They said my contract is canceled and I don't owe Cell C anything. A few weeks later I received an sms saying I owe Cell C money. I phoned the shop again and they told me I am paid off and the sms was incorrect.

On the 4th of July a debit order went off of my account, it was Cell C. There was no money in that account, so it never went through. Today I phoned Cell C again to hear what is going on. They told me I don't owe Cell C any money and they don't understand why the debit order went off.

So what now? What is going on. I am sick and tired of Cell C not having any answers for any problems they have. Nobody knows what is going on. I could barely post this message because I never have signal with Cell C. I can barely call someone with their horrible signal.

I am highly disappointed... AGAIN.
