Debit order on wrong date
They just took the debit order from my account on the 24th. They have permission for the 1st of the month. We hacen't even get salaries yet!!! The call centre told me that if they reverse I need to pay them R70. And they will take 2 days to phone back!! This is *****!!!

24 Dec 2022, 20:51I did not receive any sms and I didn't give any concent to Cell C! My debit order date is the 1st not any other date. There is still a lot of bussiness days between the 24 and 31!
