Debit order not raised yet I'm being charged penalty fee
My issue with Cell C service is that I find myself having to call and inquire regarding the debit order not being deducted. It is the second month in a row whereby I'm told the resubmission will go through the following day with no extra charge yet surprisingly there was an extra charge last month. I called on the 5th of May and also called again on the 8th the assistance assured me that there wont be any extra charge and my account would be deducted the following day latest on the 10th as it takes three working days for it to be processed, till this day it has not been deducted. I am frustrated by the service and hope I wont be charged an extra fee yet again.

Due to some technical difficulties, your Cell C May debit order will be processed on 11/05/2021. Your selected debit order date will resume from June 2021. Please may you ensure you have available funds. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will also not be charging you any administration fees for the late debit order.

13 May 2021, 09:45The debit order has still not gone through, I am really not impressed with the service by cell c given that they havent informed me of the technical errors in advance, instead I have to be the one who calls to find out what is going on.
