DEBIT ORDER MONTHS AFTER I SETTLED THE ACCOUNT

On the 6th of March I settled my contract with Cell C. I was given a settlement amount of 3856.45 by one of your agents. I paid it that same day and mail back the proof of payment. I called back the following month and was told that the contract has been settled ( Final debit will go of end of the month).<br> <br> Month end April I get a debit order from Cell C for R 3800. WHen I called the call centre I was told that I should not have been debited. I asked the bank to reverse the transaction. Reference number for the call centre agent is :***.<br> <br> Today I get an e-mail from Cell C saying I owe you R3774.84. Why the hell am I owing you after I had settled my account?<br> <br> My debit orders wouldve been returned had I not had excess funds at the beginning of the month. You are ruining peoples credit records with such incompetence.<br> <br> Yesterday your CEO was telling people that they will buy out the competitors contracts, why the hell would I want to move back to Cell C after this mess?<br> <br> Till now, this hasnt been resolved.<br> <br> I have never had an issue before with Cell C but I will never ever go back to them after this nor will I recommend anyone to them!!!<br> <br>
