Debit Order Mess

<p>Debiting on the wrong dates after already changing the date they want to debit my account on - Resulting in a returned debit order which they charge me R70 for even though its their fault! Then suspending my account even though I made the payment! And now the payment is reflecting on my account as outstanding?? This is ridiculous. </p>
