Debit order madness and confusion

I've asked Cell C to cancel my contract 2 months ago, I was quite perturbed that they were still going to take another debit order at the end of July (seeing as it was cancelled at the beginning of June) but I left it as is. I called to confirm that the last debit order would be taken at the end of July, which they confirmed. They however took 2 debit orders then decided to reverse one, on top of that I was charged additional bank fees. I hope that the account is now closed and that you will not be debiting my account again - I doubt you'll be refunding me the bank charges for your blunders?

Please make sure that the account is closed and that no debit order will be taken against my account again!
