Debit order issues

Cell C, you are truly frustrating me. Please tell me who gets paid on a public holiday. You guys went and debited my account yet again on a public holiday. 1. This tarnishes my reputation with the credit Bereau 2. The bank will charge for an unpaid debit order. 3. You will add R70 to my bill. I have other companies that debit my account, and I have never experienced such (Old Mutual, Sanlam, and Vodacom). Please ask them how they do it so you can copy the best. I am so annoyed, really. You guys have the ability to dance and debit someone’s account twice in a month. What is going to happen now? I do not want to pay R70 extra; I want to be reimbursed for the bank charge of an unpaid debit order.
