Debit order issue

I had a debit order taken out on the 27 August 2021. Thr payment went through but I was put in collections because cellc cannot locate the charge. I have sent my bank statement several times and I got an email confirmation that they have received the payment. This month, I got charged double for last month and this month. I have called the call center several times with no assistance. I'm really upset!!!!!!
