DEBIT ORDER INCONVENIENCE
My debit order date is always set for the last day of the month, a debit order was not done in my account of which the call center identifies this as a "glitch". Instead of paying R550.00, i am now expected to pay R735.99, arrears added by Cell C due to their inconvenience, how is this fair to me as a customer, that has been with Cell C FOR A LONGEST PERIOD OF TIME????????????????????????????????? I had to call in today to know what the issue is regarding my account. I am not going to pay R735.99. PERIOD.

03 Jun 2023, 12:37Your team should honestly up their game when it comes to customer service, this consultant is forcing me to agree to something that i am disputing and not in agreement of, instead of making me understand the nature of the billing, she interupts me when i speak and that is uncalled for. This device was supposed to come with headphones as discussed on the SALES call but i received nothing of that sort which i did not dispute. COME AND GET YOUR DEVICE, THIS IS NOT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I'M EXPECTING FROM CELL C AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR SO LONG. YOU PEOPLE DO KNOW HOW TO BRING OUT THE WORST FROM SOMEBODY JUST BY NOT MAKING YOUR PROCESSES CLEAR. CHECK MY HISTORY AND YOU'LL SEE THAT I HAVE EVERY REASON TO VOICE OUT SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MAKING ME SATISFIED. YERRRRR!!
