Debit order
Dear Cell C
My folks notified cell c of their contract termination on 15 April 2021 and our aim to convert to prepaid. On 15 May 2021, the service was discontinued as contract and prepaid activated; but we seem to have received the “complimentary” data and airtime from Cell C on 1 May 2021.
On 1 June 2021, a debit order that went off my Dad’s bank account? Why is this? We gave Cell C one month notice! We would like a refund on the amount please?
Kindly also advise if it is the norm for my folks to receive the same complimentary data and airtime on 1 June 2021, as it is now a prepaid service, please? We do not want any more unnecessary monetary surprises!
