debit order faurd

Cellc is a ********** company Debits shows cellC debit was deducted howeve they say payment hasn't come off we than get a bank statment and it shows cellC did take they money off howeve it was 3 deduction from cell c I'm 1 month an the rep advise that we owe R1992 when checked the statement it shows the have take more than they suppose 2 forver having issues of issue isn't resolved will be going to the ombudsmen as this is faurd.
