Debit order fault

Cell c has the worst customer service. I have been waiting for over a month for a team leader or manager to call me back regarding a query which was their fault. They cost me 3 times what my contract amount is and they refuse to call me back. The team leaders and managers are always in meetings and too busy to get back to customers and there are some agents who is very rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. This is very putrid behavior for such a big company... I would never ever recommend anyone taking a contract with cell c. It will be the worst mistake ever. They can't call me back to sort out my query, but they call me to take more contracts... What a damn joke.
