Debit Order drama

Good day,<br> I have a contract Cell C from May.My issue is that my debit order is set for the 20th of each month while I changed it to the 27th.<br> <br> I keep calling month in month out but the same problem persists while I continue to incur penalties.<br> <br> May I please get this sorted out and reimbursed for the penalties incurred.
