Debit Order Date Debacle

<p>My mother is only paid at the last minute of the last day of the month. Often, her salary has not cleared into her account by the time cell c debit her. So most months the payment bounces and she has to pay penalties on it. We have requested on numerous occasions for the debit order date to be changed by keep being told debits can only be on the last day or on the 15th of the month. Surely this is not the case! I am on Vodacom and was able to select ANY date for my debit order. Call centre staff spend most of the call shouting and arguing with her or us when we try to get assistance with this.</p>
