Debit order date change without notice, rogue contractual price increases

At no point was any arrangements made to debit my account on 23/12/22, however this is what you did.

I've asked multiple times that someone other than customer care contact me pertaining to the "contract pricing review" as this is breaking contract.

Just imagine, I go, "Hey Cell C, I've reviewed our contract and decided that I'm paying too much since 2019 and will be implementing a decrease starting 1 Jan 2023"
