debit order change

Called in 13 business days before my debit order goes off to change it to 5 days later and was told that they will not change it and if my payment is late they will charge me R70.00 penalty fees, i don't see why if i'm changing it from the 26th to the 30th or 1st they will not assist as i am making an arrangement to change my debit order and then get punished for doing so. Cell C is a money hungry company that only care about themselves!!!!! refusing to assist and will have NOT received confirmation that my debit order has been changed!!!! DO NOT USE CELL C its constantly begging for help which was clear today that they will NOT help me they would rather let my account fall into arrears!!!! ....... cannot wait for my contract to be over so that i can go to another service provider!!!!!!!!!!!
