DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHARGES THAT I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT

Cell C please cancel debit order on your side because you busy charging me for failed debit orders on the account that is no longer active and i did inform the customer care and collection department that im paying cash for my other two contracts, now my phones that im paying are disconnected due to the R70 that i`ve been charged for, this is depressing please. I need to know what will happen to the minutes and data that you give and take away from me but you charge me for.
