Debit order being Over charged whice

This is really unprofessional, I signed a data contract with Cell C for 5 gigs during the day and 15gigs night surf for 99 per month.

The 1st month they deducted over R300 of which I didn’t get why, then I gave them a ring and they explained that I did not put a limit that why.
So I put a limit of which they said their lowest limit is R50 which it means would I exceed 5gigs during the day and 15gigs night surf

I should should pay a maximum of R150 as a data limit. Then once the modem riches that limit the data should cut off.

Now problem again is that they debited again last month R325.86 of which I don’t get why, and I’ve only used 5.14 gigs last month then

After that I couldn’t be able to use it of which I assume it reach the limit. Agreement was that I won’t be charged more than R150 if I over

used my data. So now I don’t understand why I’m being overcharged and this is not the 1st time I have issues with Cell C data.

I’ve reported the issue with them but no one is taking ownership of this problem. So now what I will do I will I will reverse the amount

Until someone takes charge, I will do also and affidavit to proof my statement and a recorded voice call of all the recorded calls with Cell C.

The incident number is Incident: 160 ********** 53
