Debit order banking details not being updated

I called Cell C twice 2 months consecutively to notify them that I have changed banking details. They failed to update on the system and now I keep receiving calls that my account is handed over. And the amount I am expected to pay is way more than what I usually pay. Can somebody please do their jobs please.
