Debit order after full payment

Good Day<br> <br> I raised my prior concerns with Cell C, I paid my contact in advance for 3 months at the end of January, contract ends in April. My contract was stopped by Cell After the payment, all my benefits I did not receive for the remainder of the period, if that is not enough, cell c still debit ordered my account at the end of February 2016, I don't no what this is for if the account was closed in January by them, I would like a statement for the 24 month contract that I had with cell c, as this is frustrating to pay for services you did not receive. Please I don't nor want to explain this again to your consultants, if someone phones, let them first go through the background of my account.
