Debit Order

To whom it may concern,

This is to express my disgust and disappointment in Cell C, I requested to change my debit order date in October 2023 to the last day of each month as I only get paid on the last day of the month.

Cell C confirmed and assured me that my debit order date has been changed.

First month they didn't debit my account and I had to make an EFT payment which I did.

Second month they tried to debit way before the requested debit order date. I had to pay the bank charges for insufficient funds of R70 and Cell C blocked my account, again I spoke to them and again they assured me my debit order date is changed.

December 2023 again they tried to debit before the requested date, again I had to pay the bank charges for insufficient funds. Then January they debited after I made a manual payment.

Now again they blocked my nr as the debit order didn't go off as they again tried to debit on the date I didn't requested them to debit.

This is really unacceptable and unprofessional service from Cell C.

If this isn't fixed within the next 48 hours I will take you to the ombudsman
