Debit order
<p>On the 28th of feb 2017,I got a shocking debit of 450 instead of my normal 269 and when I called cell c the only thing the agent would say was you upgraded and there is nothing we can do. </p> <p>I was of the opinion that some one would have the audacity to tell me that there would be an upgrade prorata fee very dissapointed wont aver upgrade with cell c</p>
