Debit order

I received an SMS from Cell C telling me that they are debiting my account on the 28 March due to public holidays. I emailed them and told them as a one business customers pay me late and they can not debit on the 28. I received the below reply.

"We have received your email regarding an early debit. Kindly note that should Cell C debit your account and not find the sufficient funds, unfortunately your account will be in arrears."

Nice one Cell C you are really up there with the best of them for customer service.
