debit order (31.12.2016)after cancelling my contract in nov 2016

<p>Cancelled my contract paid the settlemnt amount given to me on the 1st of nov 2016 paid all amount due by me whch was r930 i understand that because upon cancellation we are liable to pay for outstandng amount and the settlemnt......but then come 31 dec R812 deducted from my account for the same contract i cancelled no communication made by cell c or try and inform me that i owe them and the debit ordr will go through.....actually my money was debited without my authorisation they took advantage because thy have my account??????</p> <p>A consultant advised me that i should cancel on the 1st of nov because settlmnt amount will be lower....m i being charged for nov without using the services??????</p> <p> </p> <p>It stops today. ..n i hope i am the last customr to experience such</p>
