Debit nightmare

Cell c is a nightmare lately, I have been loyal to them for the past 15years and now they are changing my debit days as they please and when they don't get money are quick to block my phone. Last month I wrote a review with regards to the same issue and even now it's not fixed is now the 17th and they haven't deducted their money. I called them yesterday and a consultant **** to me again that the debit order will run today but it's still not the case. Cell c is **** nawadays and I will definitely not recommend it to anybody.
