Debit money without approval and more that what my contact amount is

Some one called me an told me it was prorata payment that is why it was so much. In the 25 years I am with Cell C they never charged me a prorated payment. Every time cell ce all or take my call they supply a new excuse on why I am not payment according to the adverti*****t, Cell C Dit two price increase in one year. Where I was informed that can only happen once a year. Now this was a prorated payment. My contract started 1 of November so my payment should have been 299 not over 500. The next excuse will be it was part of yout old contract. This is not acceptable end this will only be resolved when I receive proof that I will pay R299 as agreed on. And that you willl not change my debit date for any reason

Cell c please stop sending me messages and ask to rare your service when you replay 2 for not satisfied at all it show messege failed. I will not give you a 1. Cell C is going down the drain with there fals advertising.

Cell c just tried to do a debit order again this time for 575 this is note the contract amount and I called in on the 21rst informing them that I do not accept there debit change. As I agreed on 31. This is on the Ap and on my agreement no where in he contract does it state that cell c have the right to change anything on your agreement. They did T with my other contract that I singed for R299 they even emailed me the contrcahs as proof that that is the amount I will pay for 36 months. Now they alsu tried to debit my other account after I ask twice that they stay with the agreement date. Now I am facing bank penalties and Cellc penalties. This is unacceptable. They triet to make this private also not acetabble. Cell C you are breaking contract. Please urgently pay my bank penalties is a have requested that you DO NOT DEBIT ON THE 27 I ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THE CONTRACT AND FOLLOW THE DEBIT DATE THAT IS THE END OF THE MONTH. YOU ARE NO MORE ALLOWED TO DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, I WILL DO THE PAYMENT ON MYTERMS. AND WILL ONLY PAY MY AGREEMENT AMOUNT NOT YOUR OVER CHARGED AMOUNT

CELL c you better fix this immidiatly as this is unacceptable. I will no linger pay more than what was agreed on and you will not tell me to pay 5 days before debit day,. I ONLY GET PAID ON THE END OF THE MONTH AND YOUR WILL ONLY GET PAID WHEN I GET PAID THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT.

I just called into cell C to find out why the amount that they tried to deduct from my account is R574. They informed me that the GRT more is not cancelled after si received a message to inform me it is cancelled if cell C try to deduct any money from my account I Will go to the media and will make a big fuss as the is verrry unprofessional for Cellc not to do wat was requested. If Cellc take this money they will pay men 3 months back and not just 2 this is unacceptable and very bad service. I will not renew any contract after this as Cell C is untrustwordy.

I contacted Get more aggording to them my contract is cancelled and they did send a request through to Cellc not to deduct the get more money. Again Cell ce dit not process my reference *** as they had to and tried to deduct more than waht they supposed to. Cell se please do your job this is unacceptable
