Debit goes through after contract cancelled
Cell C debited my account for December after my contract for FTTH was cancelled at 12:00pm in 30/11/2017. This occurred after I reminded them not to. This is tantamount to theft. Wonder how long it will take for them to do the refund and cancel the debit order so it doesn’t happen in January again.
