07 Mar 2023, 17:20Good day Capitec inform that this Debicheck is not received by them there is a technical issue on your side I am struggling since the 01/03/2023 to inform both companies Capitec and Cell C that this mandate I don't receive Capitec asked to be called to establish the error up until now 07/03/2023 No mandate was received I used my whole 60 min anytime airtime to tried to explain to Capitec and no Mandate received this is unfair toward me as the client that must be the middle man and loosing money due to such a despute
