Debet order

The end of February I call customer care asking if my account can be taken of on the 1st of every month ,and the response was no only the end of the month or the 15th, I most of the times get payed on the last day of the month and the last minute as well, so low and behold one of the supervisors contacted me and said they have changed my depet order to the 15th so I can pay it myself the 1st of the month, so the 29th of February 2016 cell c toke R596.80 of my account so my next payment should be the 15th of April because I've already payed the end of February so low and behold today the debet order goes through an amount of R539.65 so I can not wait to see what goes through next month ,wait and I'll let you no thanks for the great service (ha ha ha ha )
