DEBATING MORE OFF WITH OUT PERMISSION
Cell C,<br> <br> I am SHOCKED that with out my permission you decided to deduct R20 off EXTRA off my account, with NO NOTIFICATION AND NO PERMISSION FROM ME!!!<br> <br> I SIGNED a R 200 rand month to month contract NOT a R220 CONTRACT!!!<br> <br> NEVER mind that if i cancel and and move to prepaid.... i can get THE SAME AS WHAT I WAS PAYING threw cell c for.. on FNB FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE!!!!<br> <br> I HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH YOU TODAY AT 10:12 AND THANK GOD!!!<br> <br> I REFUSE FOR ONE MORE MINUTE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE TO COMMUNICATE A INCREASE AND DEBIT MORE THEN AGREED.<br> <br> you people have given me the worst service i have ever experienced.<br> <br> Im happy to be leaving you and becoming prepaid... so that i can move along to another provider.<br> <br> I do not wish to rekindle this contract. This is purely venting to show people they may be paying more with out thier knowledge too.<br> <br>
Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
