Deativated Sim without a warning

I wokeup with a sim card that was deactivated on Sunday cell number is ***. The saddest part is no notification was send to me or any warning they just deactivated it. I called in, and was told number get deactivated after 90days of not making calls, how do you make call on cellc home flexi connect sim card meant for data ? I was then told to send through an affidavit and a copy of my I'd plus a new sim card Rica serial number and that was Wednesday/ Thursday. I bought a new sim card on Thursday and rica'd it but was told the sim card was not rica'd after I was told to send through the new sim cards Rica serial number .I'm being send from pillar to post each now telling me a different story as if they work for a different companies while they all work for cellC. mean while I can't even do other personal transaction as the number in question is used for OTP notification on my personal account .I have had this number for over a year now .a warning would have been nice to receive.i need this number reactivated as soon as possible.
