"Dear valuable customer" turns to "Dear cheap for nothing customer" at cell C Part 2

<p>I got a call today from the head offices at cell c and they were in communication with the area manager Len.Len tells them that there is no Gold Iphone 7 plus the only phone he can give me is the black one and that the wear house only has black once.I had to drive to a different Cell C store to go find out if it's true just to find out that I've been **** to 4 times in a row.I clearly shows that Len does what he wants, he lies to a customer, he make one take what he doesn't want.Len is honestly not a true representative of the value off Cell C he couldn't meet a simple need that I wanted.I had to drive around like a mad person looking for stores that have my phone.After me complaining they still make me run around like a headless chicken.Cell C your staff in Phokeng are full off lies and they making friends inside the shop making them look like customers where by its they friends....So that you know I pay insurance for the phone but they failed to give me a phone while I'm in need off one....I'm disappointed and anoyed by the area manager Len...I'm still struggling and they fail to give me my phone.They tell me that it will take them 2 months or so for then to get me the Gold Iphone....I'm must say cell c phokeng people must be taken into account or customers will go running</p>
