Dear Sir, Madam This is to advise that I am extremely disappointed that my query has not been resolved with Cell C, for the past 7 months. I upgraded my phone in February 2023 due to there being a promotion on the Samsung S23 Ultra, whereby a free Samsung Tablet S6 Lite would be given. Upon upgrading my contract, I was advised that I will receive a free Samsung Tablet. Cell C did not provide adequate information on how to receive the tablet, therefore I could not go about redeeming the promotional item. I have been querying this via email and telephonically since the day I received my new phone. Please see below email trail from Michael Makhubela confirming that I will be receiving the tablet and that the matter has been escalated (which still has not been resolved).
