Dealing with Cell C is worst than the Mugging

It is always terrible to be a victum of crime but what is even worst is dealing with a provider that makes the experience even worst.<br> <br> Cell C congratulations on doing that.<br> I have called 6 times and only the final time did I get some kind of Helpful assistance but then again to be let down by your representive. I am still left without a solution to getting my sim card replaced.<br> <br> I was instructed by meegan to go to a Cell C store and get un-RICA'd sim cards for my twinsim.<br> I get to the store and I am informed I need a green ID and proof of residence for RICA. I called the help centre and gave the phone to the store Clerk and long story short they need to RICA the simcard or the store will not issue them. But now your call centre agent says it must be un-RICA'd sim cards.<br> <br> This is a joke. So I am left without my business line in the dark with no solution. I tried calling and finding an update and Meegan is not available.<br> <br> Cell C Put the Power in Your Hands today!? Well with no power in my hands because I cant get a sim replaced, thanx
