Dealing this matter for almost half a year now! Cell C why??

Jan 15 I spoke to lerato who gave me Ref *** to have the Getmore product cancelled and removed from my account. It has since not been removed and every month I have to go through this wit Cell C, I do not know why it is so hard to have this cancelled. I need my refund for the past 2 debit orders because I was promised 2 months ago that it won't be debited anymore after countless attempts to remove this forced product on my account. February I spoke to Keneilwe who reports to Hlengiwe. I have spoke to Musa in February as well and many more consultants who have promised to resolve my matter. May 3rd I spoke to Palesa who said she is escalating the matter. We are still here. Get someone from Getmore to cancel this... And no, I do not want a call from you anymore because it has not helped in the past 6 months. Just take this instruction to cancel this product. Come on Cell C, why are you guys ******** me repeatedly?? And why am I still here reporting this matter. Please, somebody resolve this. I have begged, I have asked nicely, I have shouted, I have been frustrated, I have been all emotions and still I am here having to take time off my day to come and plead with you to care more for your clients!!! Cancel the Getmore and give me my money back... Aw guys no man, it's too much of running after you now
