Deadbeat Service

So last week Friday the 25/08/2023 I wrote a review on here. I was contacted the very next day.

The beautiful part of this whole story is that Cell C calls you so quickly to expose them but fails to take action. You get a response here stating that your ITC IS updated and all, but nothing at all has been done. I was called and advised the consultant what the issue was but still failed to understand.

Can someone help me? I had a contract 2021 iPhone 11 I paid a monthly installment each month without fail and I am being called that I am in arrears with my account. According to my knowledge when you are in arrears does the line not get suspended? My line has never ever been suspended not once why have a debit orders been going off from my account without fail?

The beautiful part, you call the call center and ask when the contract ends They advise in January you call a month in advance to cancel and it gets cancelled you get the sms your account is cancelled.

NOW WHEN I SPEAK TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA CONSULTANT SHE SAYS TO ME THAT I STILL OWE ON MY NUMBER THAT IS A PAY AS YOU TRANSACT, WHICH I FINISHED MY CONTRACT JANUARY ALREADY, SO TELL ME IF I OWE IS MY LINE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE SUSPENDED AND WHEN I SAID I A NOT RENEWING THE CONTRACT THEY COULD HAVE SAID MAM YOU OWE NO THERE WAS NONE AS SUCH I STILL USE THE NUMBER I STILL USE THE PHONE BUT I OWE
